About Junkanoo Beach
Junkanoo Beach, also known as the Western Esplanade, joins the beaches at Arawak Cay and Long Wharf, a few minutes’ walk from the cruise ship dock. On Saturdays Bahamians host cookouts and fundraisers here, and benches look out over the ships coming into the harbour.
