John Watling’s makes its small-batch rums at the Buena Vista Estate, established in 1789, and the official tourism site calls it The Bahamas’ one and only rum distillery. Take a guided tour, then try a cocktail in the bar, or book the rum academy. It opens daily, except on Bahamian holidays.
