About Educulture Junkanoo Museum
Educulture Bahamas was founded in 2000 to celebrate the spirit of Junkanoo, the national festival that dates back more than 200 years to the era of slavery and parades every Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. At its mini museum you see costume pieces and instruments and hear how the festival began.
